Andrada Principal Honored for STEM Programs

Grand Canyon University recently recognized Principal Julia Kaiser and Andrada High School for the exceptional quality of their STEM Programs.

Jennifer Johnson, from GCU, and the architect who has designed most of GCU’s beautiful campus buildings came to present the award.

They spoke about the importance of high quality STEM programs and the rarity of them across the state.

Julia GCU STEM2Then, as the architect presented Julia with a $500 gift card… she broke into tears… attributing her successful life to the high school STEM teachers — like the ones at Andrada — who believed in her and supported her.

Congratulations to Julia Kaiser and the Andrada staff – and thank you to GCU for such a meaningful recognition.
