Board Meetings

Board Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Calvin Baker Leadership Center, 13801 E. Benson Highway, Vail, Arizona unless otherwise noted on the Board Agenda. Meetings may be followed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEbo7IVBlGe0b4NKN7eO6Og.

Meeting dates for 2023 - 2024 are: July 11, July 25,  Aug 8, Aug 22, Sept 12, Sept 26*, Oct 10*, Oct  24, Nov 14, Nov 28 - canceled, Dec 12, Dec 26- canceled, Jan 9, Jan 23, Feb 13, Feb 27, March 12, March 26 -canceled, April 9, April 23, May 14, May 28, June 11 and June 25.

Members of the Vail Governing Board carefully read and highly value public input submitted from this web page. The information is most helpful to them as they conduct the business of governing the District. However, members of the Board are limited in their ability to respond to individual email communications. Individual members of the Board have no authority outside of posted, official meetings of the Board. Requests for immediate action or investigation will often be referred to the Superintendent.
