Vail is excited that all high schools are one-to-one laptop high schools. All students have their own devices to enhance their learning!
Some families have purchased a laptop for their students. The Vail School District is phasing this option out. Please note the policy below for details.
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy:
FRESHMEN and SOPHOMORES:
All Freshmen and Sophomores will be issued a school chrome book. BYOD's are not an option for these students.
JUNIORS and SENIORS:
1. If students had their own devices in the 2022-2023 school year, they may continue using them through graduation.
2. Students who used a school issued chrome book in the 2021-2022 or 2022-2023 school year may not switch to BYOD in the 2023-2024 school year.
